With a diverse and extensive background in clothing manufacturing, Morgan specializes in organizing and managing brands from concept to completion. Her experience encompasses every stage of the process, from initial design and textile sourcing to overseeing production and quality control. She excels at coordinating cross-functional teams and streamlining workflows to ensure that each brand she works with is brought to life efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation in a competitive industry.

Recently Morgan has honed her skills in manufacturing with the benefit of duty-free status in Canada under CPTPP.  Recent successes include saving $700K USD by utilizing the short supply clause under CPTPP.

Morgan is very passionate about ensuring the right price for the product is agreed upon by both vendor and customer. With such successes as negotiating $1 million in FOB savings for a single season on a collection of 20 styles.

Outside of her 9-to-5 Morgan is an amateur artist spending free time exploring watercolour and guache mediums as well as practicing violin.  She also is an avid camper who loves exploring the Pacific North West with her family.
